About Endorfix

Endorfix is a fast-moving consumer wellness brand selling across the United States and international markets. We sell primarily through DTC ecommerce while also developing retail, distributor and international growth channels.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Paid Media & Digital Growth Manager to take day-to-day ownership of our Meta advertising and help drive profitable customer acquisition.

This is not a junior media-buying role and it is not a position where you simply follow instructions and push buttons.

We want someone capable of owning the account operationally, identifying what is working, identifying what is wasting money, making informed optimisation decisions and bringing recommendations to the CEO.

What you'll own

You will have primary day-to-day responsibility for the operation and optimisation of Endorfix's paid social acquisition, particularly Meta.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the daily operation of our Meta Ads account
Building, launching and maintaining campaigns, ad sets and advertisements
Monitoring campaign performance, spend, CAC, CPA, ROAS and conversion performance
Scaling winning campaigns and reducing or pausing underperforming spend within agreed commercial guardrails
Managing campaign budgets and pacing against approved monthly and weekly budgets
Testing campaign structures, audiences, placements, offers and creative combinations
Maintaining appropriate account structure and avoiding unnecessary campaign fragmentation
Reviewing performance throughout the week and making optimisation decisions without waiting to be instructed on every change
Identifying creative fatigue and recommending new creative angles
Preparing clear creative briefs based on actual advertising performance
Working with our internal/external creative resources to develop new ads, hooks, iterations and variations
Coordinating the upload, naming, organisation and deployment of new advertising assets
Analysing landing-page and funnel performance alongside advertising performance
Reviewing attribution and performance data across Meta, Shopify and other relevant analytics platforms
Producing a concise weekly growth report covering spend, revenue, CAC/CPA, ROAS, winners, losers, changes made, tests underway and recommended next actions
Maintaining a written record of significant campaign changes and the commercial reasoning behind them
Identifying problems proactively rather than waiting for the CEO to find them
Working with other digital specialists or agencies where required
The level of ownership we're looking for

We are specifically looking for someone who can become the company's paid acquisition operator, rather than an assistant to somebody else running the account.

The CEO will continue to set the broader commercial strategy, including overall growth objectives, acceptable acquisition economics, major budget allocation, geographic priorities, new market entry, channel strategy and significant changes in investment.

You will be responsible for translating those objectives into the day-to-day operation of paid acquisition.

If Meta performance deteriorates on a Tuesday, we don't want someone waiting until Friday's meeting to be told what to look at.

We want someone who investigates it, understands what changed, takes appropriate action within their authority and explains what they did and why.

You should have
5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, ideally in ecommerce/DTC
Experience personally managing meaningful advertising budgets
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign architecture, optimisation and scaling
Demonstrable experience improving CAC, CPA and ROAS
Strong understanding of creative testing and how creative performance affects paid acquisition
Experience interpreting Shopify/ecommerce conversion data
Confidence making day-to-day optimisation decisions independently
Strong written English and the ability to explain performance without hiding behind dashboards
Strong commercial judgement — we're much more interested in profitable growth than vanity metrics
Excellent attention to detail

Experience with Shopify, email marketing, GA4, and attribution/reporting tools is highly regarded.

What we're not looking for

This isn't the right role if your experience is primarily boosting posts, scheduling organic social content or simply producing weekly Meta reports.

We also aren't looking for someone who needs the founder to tell them which ads to switch off, what campaign to create next or where to look when performance changes.

We're hiring expertise because we want expertise.

Hours

This is a long-term remote position based in the Philippines.

6 hours per day
5 days per week
Approximately 30 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Mostly flexible working hours, with regular agreed overlap with the Austin, Texas team

There will be a weekly strategy/performance meeting with the CEO, but the role is expected to operate independently between meetings.

To apply

Please don't send us a generic cover letter.

Instead, send:

A short summary of your Meta advertising experience.
The approximate monthly ad budgets you have personally managed.
Two examples where you materially improved campaign performance and what you actually changed.
An anonymised screenshot or report demonstrating results from an account you personally managed, if permitted.

Please start your application with the words “I pull the levers” so we know you've read the full advertisement.
