JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Client Success Specialist to help clients inside our YouTube training program.

This is a client-facing position with regular Zoom calls, so excellent spoken English and being comfortable and professional on camera are VERY important.

You do NOT need to already be a YouTube expert. We will train you on our program and YouTube strategies.

What You'll Do
Host Zoom support calls with our clients
Answer client questions in our private online community
Learn our YouTube training and help clients follow it
Help clients solve problems and understand what they should do next
Provide a friendly and professional experience for our clients
Most Important Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is naturally comfortable talking to people on video.

You should have:

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and conversational skills
A professional and confident presence on Zoom
A good webcam with clear video quality
A quality microphone with clear audio
A professional, well-lit environment for Zoom calls
Reliable high-speed internet
A friendly, positive, and patient personality
The ability to learn new information and explain it simply
Strong reliability and attention to detail

If you have experience in customer success, sales, Zoom sales calls, teaching, coaching, account management, or other client-facing roles, we would especially like to hear from you.

Previous YouTube experience is a PLUS, but it is not required. We can teach you the YouTube side of the position.

Compensation & Schedule

$500 USD per month

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, although you will need to be available for scheduled Zoom calls with clients.
