Project-Based / Freelance Contract

Position Overview

Veracity Compliance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Web Developer / WordPress & Elementor Specialist for a project-based engagement to completely redesign and modernize our company website.

This is initially a freelance/gig-based project, rather than a permanent full-time position. However, there may be opportunities for additional projects, ongoing website maintenance, updates, and future development work based on performance and company needs.

Our current website is hosted through Hostinger and built using WordPress and Elementor. We are looking for someone who can take our existing website and transform it into a polished, modern, professional, and scalable website that better represents the size, capabilities, and direction of our organization.

Project Scope

The selected developer will be responsible for the full redesign of the Veracity Compliance website, including:

Redesigning the overall website structure, layout, and visual presentation.
Developing the website within our existing Hostinger / WordPress environment.
Building and customizing pages using Elementor.
Creating a modern, professional, corporate website design.
Improving navigation and overall user experience.
Ensuring the website clearly communicates Veracity's services, divisions, industries, and capabilities.
Developing individual service/division pages as needed.
Developing industry-specific pages and landing pages.
Improving calls-to-action and contact/conversion pathways.
Ensuring consistent branding throughout the website.
Optimizing the website for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Improving website speed and performance.
Reviewing and improving existing plugins where appropriate.
Implementing appropriate website security and backup practices.
Ensuring forms, links, buttons, and other website functionality operate correctly.
Implementing foundational on-page SEO, including page structure, headings, metadata, URLs, and image optimization.
Migrating or reorganizing existing website content where necessary.
Testing the completed website prior to launch.
Providing reasonable post-launch support for corrections or technical issues.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can do more than simply build pages in Elementor.

The ideal developer should be able to look at our organization, services, target clients, and long-term direction and translate that information into a website that is organized, credible, professional, easy to navigate, and built to grow with the company.

You should have experience with:

WordPress
Elementor / Elementor Pro
Hostinger
Responsive web development
Website architecture and navigation
Corporate or B2B website design
UI/UX principles
Website performance optimization
WordPress plugins and integrations
Contact and lead-generation forms
Basic technical and on-page SEO
Website security, backups, and maintenance
Cross-browser and mobile testing

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is strongly preferred, particularly for situations where Elementor alone cannot accomplish the required functionality.
