Join a fast-growing real estate creator as a Social Media Manager and short-form video editor. My Instagram ---------- is one of the fastest-growing personal brands in real estate, with Reels reaching 100K-370K views. The style is key: immediate text hook, no intro, cut dead beats, proof on screen, and subtitles everywhere. No generic stock footage or SFX. This brand stands out by being unique.

The ideal candidate will act as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts between our content creators and team to ensure a seamless and consistent content production workflow. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
- Crafting compelling and engaging copy for all social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Managing the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of all social media assets.
- Collaborating closely with our creator and editor to maintain a cohesive brand voice, visual style, and overall message.
- Monitoring social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content performance.
- Ensuring all published content accurately reflects our brand's unique look, sound, and feel.
