Part-Time SDR / Hotel Activation Specialist

Roamstop is an international travel technology company working with hotels across global markets.

We provide hotels with a free service designed to improve the guest experience, reduce staff workload and create an additional revenue opportunity.

This is not traditional hard selling. The hotel does not need to buy anything or pay to join.

We are now looking for confident, motivated Philippines-based SDRs who can help us contact hotels, speak with decision-makers and move interested hotels through our activation process.

What You Will Do
Contact warm and cold hotel leads
Speak with hotel managers and decision-makers
Explain the opportunity clearly and professionally
Register interested hotels in our CRM
Confirm contact information and hotel details
Follow up with hotels after the first conversation
Move hotels through the activation process
Help remove simple blockers and keep momentum
Keep CRM notes, follow-up dates and next actions updated
Work toward clear daily and weekly KPIs
Share feedback on objections and what works best on calls

Working Hours

This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week.

You will have flexibility in how your hours are structured, but calling hours must overlap with the business hours of the markets you are assigned to.

Earning Potential

Your performance bonus increases as the hotels you work with progress through the activation process.

Strong performers have the potential to earn ?50,000–?100,000+ per month through uncapped performance bonuses.

There is no commission cap.

The better you perform, the more you can earn.

Performance earnings depend on actual results and are not guaranteed.

Who We Are Looking For

You could be a great fit if you have:

Excellent spoken English
Confidence speaking with business decision-makers
Previous outbound calling, telesales, appointment-setting, call-center or SDR experience
Strong communication and listening skills
A professional and friendly phone manner
Good follow-up discipline
Experience using CRM systems, or the ability to learn quickly
Reliable internet connection
A quiet environment suitable for professional calls
A results-driven mindset
The ability to work independently
A positive attitude and willingness to be coached

Previous experience in hospitality, travel, B2B sales or international outbound calling is an advantage, but not required.

We are not looking for people who simply make a lot of calls.

We are looking for people who can:

Reach the right person ? create interest ? register the hotel ? follow up ? move the hotel forward ? create results.

If you perform well, there will be opportunities to take on more hours, move full-time and grow into leadership as the Philippines team expands.
