Google Ads and SEO Manager

Location: Vancouver, BC (Remote/Hybrid Considered)
Company: Wicks Electric Inc.

Wicks Electric is a growing electrical contracting company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads and SEO Manager to help drive qualified leads, improve online visibility, and support our continued growth.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Develop and execute local SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting.
Optimize landing pages and website content for conversions and search visibility.
Manage Google Business Profile optimization and local search presence.
Track and improve key metrics including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.
Coordinate with our team on content, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
Stay current with Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, local SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Experience with keyword research tools and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Experience working with service-based businesses is preferred.
Experience in the construction, electrical, or home services industry is an asset.
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work during Vancouver, BC business hours (Pacific Time Zone) and can attend meetings during regular office hours.
