ABOUT US

Tidal Cleaning Services is a UK exterior cleaning company. We clean windows, gutters and building exteriors for homeowners and businesses across the UK. We already have two Filipino VAs on our team who have been with us long-term, and we are adding a third.

This is a phone role. You will spend a large part of your day speaking to UK customers. If you are looking for quiet back-office work, this is not it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Answer inbound calls from customers booking cleans, chasing
appointments or raising complaints
- Make outbound calls to lapsed customers to rebook them
- Handle the customer inbox and respond to enquiries
- Book jobs into our scheduling system and keep records accurate
- Chase overdue invoices politely
- General admin to support the UK operations team

WHAT WE NEED

- Confident, clear spoken English. You will be talking to British
customers all day, many of them older. This is the single most
important requirement.
- At least 2 years in a phone-based customer service role. BPO
experience is welcome.
- Outbound or telesales experience is a strong advantage and will put
you at the top of the pay band.
- A quiet place to work with no background noise
- Reliable internet, at least 25 Mbps, plus a backup connection
- Backup power for brownouts
- Your own computer and a decent headset

THE TERMS, STATED PLAINLY

- 300 to 350 pesos per hour depending on experience
- Commission on top for every new customer you sign up
- Paid fortnightly by bank transfer, on a fixed day, every time
- Independent contractor. To be clear: no SSS, no PhilHealth, no
Pag-IBIG, no 13th month, no HMO. Please only apply if you are
comfortable with that.
- Hours are 4:00pm to 1:00am Philippine time, Monday to Friday
- Time tracked through Hubstaff
- Long term. Both our current VAs have been with us since the start
and we want the same here.
