JOB OVERVIEW

Gratitude Plus is a consumer mobile app and the leading Social Gratitude Journaling App, with more than 1 million users across 170 countries and a 4.9-star App Store rating and ranked top 100 health and fitness apps.

We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Marketing Operations Assistant / VA to help us manage and produce short-form advertising content for Meta and TikTok.

You will work directly with our founders and help coordinate the process of turning advertising ideas into finished creative that is ready to test.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Creative Production

* Record high-quality Gratitude Plus app demos and screen recordings for ads
* Create realistic demo content inside the app
* Source or purchase approved B-roll and other creative assets on behalf of Gratitude Plus
* Organize and maintain a library of app demos and creative assets
* Package scripts, demos, B-roll, and instructions for our video editor

Creator Management

* Send scripts and content requests to our existing UGC creators
* Request and manage content from creators on platforms like Backstage
* Make sure we receive the content needed for each ad
* Find and reach out to new UGC creators and micro-influencers
* Help organize creator content deals and deliverables

Marketing Operations

* Manage our creative workflow and database in Notion
* Create and organize creative briefs
* Coordinate handoffs between founders, creators, editors, and our advertising team
* Keep projects organized and moving through the creative process
* Make sure final creative includes the correct files, links, naming, and information
* Keep our creative database clean and up to date

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

You must currently own and have regular access to an iPhone 15 or newer.

Recording Gratitude Plus app demos, screen recordings, photos, and other advertising assets is a significant part of this role, so this is a firm requirement.

For an exceptional long-term team member, we may provide upgraded equipment in the future.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently
* Strong written English
* Comfortable communicating with creators and influencers
* Comfortable using Notion, Google Drive, and Slack
* Comfortable working with social media content and short-form video
* Able to identify good-quality B-roll and UGC content
* Comfortable learning new AI and marketing tools
* Interested in advertising, creator marketing, and consumer apps

Experience with UGC creators, influencer outreach, Meta/TikTok ads, creative operations, or mobile apps is a plus.

You do not need to be a professional video editor. This role is primarily focused on creative operations, content sourcing, app demos, creator coordination, and keeping projects moving.

WORKING HOURS

Approximately 20 hours per week. Hours are flexible, but some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time will be required for communication and coordination with our team.

COMPENSATION

$450–$550 USD per month, depending on experience.

This is intended to be a long-term role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time.
