JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Payer Credentialing Specialist to join our growing healthcare team!

If you have hands-on experience with provider and payer credentialing, strong attention to detail, and enjoy keeping things organized and moving forward, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing with insurance payers
Prepare, submit, and track credentialing applications
Follow up with payers and resolve missing information or issues
Maintain accurate provider records and credentialing files
Monitor licenses, certifications, and other required documents
Work closely with our existing credentialing team
Help train and support a new team member learning payer credentialing


What We’re Looking For

Experience in payer/provider credentialing is required
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Comfortable working with computers and multiple online systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Willing to share knowledge and help train a new team member
