JOB OVERVIEW

Job description:
We run regular webinars and workshops. We use GoHighLevel to handle registrations and Demio to host, and the two are connected through Zapier. That connection has two problems we need solved:
Errors. Our GHL to Demio registration Zaps are throwing errors across multiple event types.
Task overuse. We're burning through our Zapier task quota far faster than our number of Zaps should allow. We suspect webhooks are double-firing (the same contact triggering twice, seconds apart), which both errors out Demio and wastes tasks.
We need someone who knows both GoHighLevel and Zapier well to find why this is happening and fix it. That likely means de-duplicating the double-triggers, cleaning up the flows wasting tasks, and moving anything into GHL's native workflows where it doesn't need Zapier at all.
What we need:
Diagnose and fix the errored GHL to Demio registration Zaps
Stop the double-firing so each contact triggers only once
Reduce task consumption so we stop maxing out our plan
Tell us plainly what was wrong and what you changed
Simplifying the workflow to keep Zap’s from overuse
You're a fit if you have:
Strong hands-on Zapier experience (webhooks, filters, multi-step, error handling), comfortable reading task history to find root causes
Real GoHighLevel experience, especially GHL to webinar-platform integrations
A track record of fixing broken or wasteful automations, not just building new ones
This is a fixed-scope, milestone-based project. If it goes well, we run more work like this regularly.
To apply:
Skip the generic pitch. In one or two lines, tell us what usually causes a Zapier account to burn task quota faster than its Zap count would suggest, and how you'd stop a webhook from double-firing.
Give one quick example of a broken automation you diagnosed and fixed, and what the real cause turned out to be.
Include the word "lighthouse" in your proposal so we know you read this fully. Proposals without it won't be reviewed.
