The Person We're Looking For

We've had a team member named Jerry work with our company for several years who is the perfect example of what we're looking for.

Jerry was born and raised in the United States before relocating to the Philippines. He speaks natural American English, has a great personality, is extremely dependable, and most importantly, is naturally good at sales and talking to people.

We're looking for someone with those same qualities.

Real estate experience is great, but it's not the most important thing. We can teach you the real estate side.

We are much more interested in finding someone who is confident, personable, reliable, and knows how to sell over the phone.

The Position

You will spend most of your time speaking with property owners in the United States.

The job includes:

Making and receiving phone calls
Speaking with property owners about selling
Following up with leads
Building relationships with potential clients
Keeping our CRM updated
Helping our team move deals forward
What We Need
Excellent spoken English
Strong phone and communication skills
Previous sales experience
Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers
Dependable and available full-time
Motivated and willing to learn

Pay: $400 USD per week + bonuses
