JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client communication: Answer incoming calls, update clients after service completion, and provide clear explanations if parts are required or repairs are completed.
- Parts ordering: Manage inventory and order replacement parts as needed.
- Scheduling & dispatch: Coordinate technician schedules and dispatch service calls efficiently.
- QuickBooks management: Handle invoicing, and record-keeping using QuickBooks (mandatory skill).

Required Qualifications:
- QuickBooks experience – must be proficient.
- Automotive knowledge – familiarity with common services including oil changes, brake repairs, transmissions, suspension work, tire services, diesel engine repairs, shocks & struts, and air brake systems.
- Customer service skills – strong communication, professionalism, and ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
- Prior experience in an automotive service environment IS A MUST.
