We are looking for a highly experienced Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across
Requirements:
At least 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
Extensive experience managing
Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversions API, audiences, and campaign structures
Experience with Shopify and e-commerce tracking
Strong analytical, creative-testing, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns
Manage prospecting, retargeting, and customer retention campaigns
Conduct audience, competitor, and market research
Develop creative testing plans for images, videos, copy, hooks, and offers
Monitor budgets, bids, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and profitability
Scale profitable campaigns and reduce spending on poor-performing ads
Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, and attribution
Work with Shopify to ensure accurate campaign tracking
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators
Review landing pages and offers and recommend conversion improvements
Prepare regular performance reports with clear recommendations
Stay updated on Meta advertising policies and platform changes
Role Details:
Rate: $8.00 USD per hour
Employment type: Part-time initially, with the opportunity to transition to full-time
Start date: As soon as possible
