JOB OVERVIEW

High-Energy | Performance-Driven | Uncapped Earning Potential

We are looking for a highly active, motivated, and results-driven B2B Outbound Sales Representative to secure direct pay-per-call partnerships with local home service businesses across the United States — including Plumbing, HVAC, Appliance Repair, and similar industries.

Your goal is simple: find the right businesses, pitch our high-intent inbound customer calls, close the deal, and get them activated.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• High-Volume Prospecting: Research, target, and cold call 80+ local home service businesses per day.
• Pitch the Opportunity: Speak with business owners and pitch our live, high-intent customer calls. Example: “We have homeowners in your ZIP code looking for immediate plumbing help right now. Can your dispatch team handle more calls?”
• Close Deals: Overcome gatekeepers, handle objections, negotiate pay-per-call rates (CPA), and sign businesses to contracts.
• Onboard Partners: Collect target ZIP codes and routing numbers and coordinate with our tracking team to get the business ready for its first live call.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Schedule: Fully available during US Eastern Time (EDT/EST) business hours.
• English: Near-native spoken English, clear/neutral pronunciation, professional communication, and excellent objection handling.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of outbound cold-calling experience. Experience selling to US contractors or home service businesses is a major plus.
• Work Ethic: Highly active, self-motivated, consistent, and hungry to hit daily outbound targets.
• Mindset: Results-driven and comfortable with high-volume calling, follow-ups, and closing.

COMPENSATION

• Base Pay: $600–$900 USD/month, depending on experience and skill level.
• Performance Bonus: $100 USD for every home service business you successfully onboard, sign to a contract, and activate with its first live test call.
• Uncapped Earning Potential: There is no fixed ceiling on your earnings. Your total income depends on your sales skill, activity, consistency, and success in closing and activating new partners.
