About Us

We are a growing UK-based health and wellness eCommerce company looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email marketing using Klaviyo.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for planning, designing, writing, building, and scheduling email campaigns from start to finish. If you enjoy creating high-converting email campaigns and want to be part of a growing brand, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Plan and manage our weekly email marketing calendar.
Build and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
Design professional email templates using Figma, Canva Pro, Adobe XD, or similar software.
Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy.
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with copywriting while ensuring content remains accurate and aligned with our brand.
Create customer segments and improve list engagement.
Monitor email performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Maintain good email deliverability and list health.
Produce 4–5 publish-ready email campaigns per week.
Work closely with the NHP team, who will review and approve all emails before they are sent.

Requirements
Must Have
Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo
Experience creating campaigns, flows, segmentation, and reporting
Strong design skills using Figma, Canva Pro, Adobe XD, or similar
Excellent copywriting skills
Strong understanding of:

Email marketing strategy
Campaign planning
List growth and hygiene
Deliverability
A/B testing
Performance analysis
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve workflow
Able to independently manage the entire email production process
Excellent written and spoken English

Preferred
Experience in the supplements, health, or wellness industry
Experience with Shopify eCommerce brands
Native-level or exceptional written English

Working Hours
Part-Time
Approximately 20 hours per week
