JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Weekend | U.S. Eastern Time

We are looking for a smart, reliable *A-player to help run our daily bookings and take care of our customers.

Your job is simple:
Make sure every booking gets handled from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who can help us:
Fill bookings. Take care of customers. Learn what they need. Ensure they come back.

What You Will Do
* Find the right therapist for each booking
* Call and/or message therapists
* Confirm appointments
* Help fix last-minute problems
* Talk with clients by phone, text, and email
* Update customer notes in GoHighLevel
* Follow up after appointments
* Learn what each customer likes and needs
* Help customers book again

We want you to learn things like:
* What therapist are more reliable
* What type of massage clients prefer
* Where they have pain
* How their session went
* When they may want another massage

If we learn something important about a customer, it goes in the CRM.

We need Someone
* Excellent at English
* Reliable
* Organized
* Fast
* Good at solving problems
* Comfortable making phone calls
* Able to work without being watched all day
* Willing to keep going until the job is done

If one therapist says no, you find another.
If someone cancels, you help fix it.
We want someone who sees a problem and says:
“I got it.”
