Chief of Staff | High-Growth eCom & DTC Brands

Do you thrive on turning ambitious founder priorities into clear plans, aligned teams, and measurable results?

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with Founders of fast-growing eCom & DTC brands.

This is a high-impact role for a highly capable operator who can bring structure to fast-moving businesses, drive cross-functional execution, and make sure important initiatives actually get finished.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
* Turn founder priorities and company goals into clear projects, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes
* Drive execution across marketing, creative, operations, customer experience, finance, and other teams
* Establish leadership rhythms, weekly priorities, KPI reviews, and accountability systems
* Identify bottlenecks and push teams toward decisions and resolution
* Build and improve SOPs, processes, dashboards, documentation, and internal systems
* Follow up on commitments and ensure important projects don’t fall through the cracks
* Conduct research, analysis, and problem-solving to support founder and leadership decisions
* Help improve organizational structure, hiring priorities, role clarity, and team accountability
* Take ownership of high-priority projects that don’t naturally belong to one department

We’d love to meet you if you have:
* Proven Chief of Staff or similar senior operator experience within eCom/DTC
* Strong business judgment and the ability to understand the “why” behind priorities
* Exceptional project management and organizational skills
* Strong analytical thinking and experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and business metrics
* Experience driving cross-functional execution and holding teams accountable
* Confidence challenging assumptions and asking difficult questions when needed
* A highly resourceful, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
* Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership

This isn’t a role where you simply follow a task list. You’ll help turn founder vision into organized execution, bring structure to a fast-growing business, and directly influence how the company scales.
