JOB OVERVIEW

At Speakervideos, we help thought leaders, speakers, and executives amplify their message through high-impact video content. With a remote team spread across 4 other countries, we specialize in turning raw footage into polished, viral-worthy content.

We are seeking a talented Demo Video Editor who specializes in creating engaging demo and highlight videos that capture key points and present them compellingly. Your primary role will be to transform raw footage into polished short- and long-form demo videos that effectively showcase content for clients. You should have a strong understanding of graphic animation, rotoscoping techniques, and creative storytelling to produce videos that stand out.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review raw video footage and identify segments that best convey the intended message.
- Edit and assemble footage into polished demo videos optimized for clarity and engagement.
- Enhance videos with music, sound effects, and audio mixing that complement the visuals.
- Apply basic color grading and correction for consistent and professional results.
- Add motion graphics, overlays, captions, and other visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Work closely with project leads to ensure videos align with the client’s vision and requirements.
- Manage multiple demo projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Review and revise edits based on feedback to produce the final deliverable.
- Stay updated with demo video trends, editing tools, and techniques.

Requirements
- Proven experience in editing demo, highlight, or promotional videos with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- A creative eye for detail and an ability to tell a story through visuals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a remote team.
- Flexibility to adapt to client needs and feedback.
