The Role:
The Financial Planning Assistant (working from home role) provides vital support to the financial planning team by conducting product research, preparing documentation, and coordinating workflow to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of advice. This role plays a key part in maintaining client relationships, supporting paraplanners, and managing administrative processes across the business. Seeking an experienced candidate in a similar role with a minimum of 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- File Preparation & Administration
- Prepare and refine client data for follow-up appointments.
- Produce service agreements, Third-Party Authorities (TPAs), and supporting documentation.
- Manage invoice creation for follow-up preparation work.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients and product providers.
- Oversee third-party authority requests, tracking, and updates.
Client & Workflow Management:
- Manage client tasks and workflow within Plutosoft.
- Support clients in uploading required documents through MyProsperity.
- Maintain client information and oversee task progress within
- Schedule and organise client appointments using Calendly.
Research & Product Support:
- Conduct product research in consultation with paraplanners and financial planners.
- Review existing financial products and contribute to advice preparation.
- Liaise with Business Development Managers and product providers where required.
