• Responsive and proactive: you provide timely updates to prospective students and the team during business hours, without needing to be asked

HOURS & FLEXIBILITY
Our published UK office hours are 7:00am–12:00 noon GMT/BST. For Philippines-based team members, this translates to approximately 2:00pm–7:00pm (BST, April–October) or 3:00pm–8:00pm (GMT, November–March) — a normal working afternoon.
That said, we are genuinely flexible. We care about coverage and results, not clock-watching. If an earlier start works better for you — allowing you to overlap more naturally with colleagues and cover enquiries across multiple time zones — we are open to that conversation. What matters is that prospective students receive warm, prompt responses and that enrolment conversations are scheduled effectively. We will agree a working pattern with the right person that serves both your working day and our students.
We do not expect our team to work weekends. However, any enquiry or question that arrives over the weekend must be responded to on Monday morning — this is a non-negotiable standard of care for our prospective students.
Outside of agreed hours, your time is entirely your own. We do not contact our team outside of working hours.
• Monday to Friday | Part-time or full-time — open to discussion
• Fully remote

INTERNATIONAL COVERAGE — WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
While we are based in the UK, our programmes are internationally recognised and our current primary target market is Australia — alongside students in the UK, Europe, and North America. This means prospective students may be enquiring from multiple time zones throughout the day.
Many initial responses can and should be automated — and setting those up is a core part of your role. However, the follow-up must be equally prompt and personal, within normal business hours. Enrolment conversations will need to be scheduled to accommodate UK, European, and Australian time zones, which requires both organisation and flexibility on your part.
You will not be navigating this alone. Our Dean of Studies is based in Brisbane, Australia, and serves as the primary point of contact for student interviews — particularly for Australian prospective students — while you are onboarding and finding your feet. This also means there is a natural team presence across the UK–Philippines–Australia time corridor, which benefits everyone.
