JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Email Designer to help us create high-quality email campaigns and flows for multiple eCommerce brands.

The main focus of this role will be email design in Figma. You will receive clear briefs, copy, brand guidelines and references, and your job is to turn these into professional, conversion-focused emails that fit each brand perfectly.

We currently want to start with a few clients and a flexible number of hours per week. If we work well together, there is a strong opportunity to take on more clients, more hours and more responsibility in the future.

What you’ll be doing:

Designing email campaigns in Figma
Designing email flows such as Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase and more
Working with different eCommerce brands and visual identities
Turning copy and creative briefs into polished email designs
Creating both desktop and mobile-friendly email designs
Working with feedback and making revisions when needed
Keeping designs consistent with the client’s branding

Klaviyo experience is a big plus.

If you already know Klaviyo, there may also be opportunities to:

Build emails directly inside Klaviyo
Prepare and schedule campaigns
Build and update automated flows
Upload and configure email content
QA campaigns before sending
Help with basic Klaviyo-related tasks

This is not required from day one — strong email design skills are the priority — but the more you can handle independently over time, the better.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience designing emails for eCommerce brands
Strong Figma skills
A strong portfolio with real email design examples
Good understanding of modern eCommerce email design
Able to work with different brand styles
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow briefs accurately
Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Open to feedback and revisions
Very good written and spoken English is a must
Klaviyo experience is highly preferred

Experience working with fashion, beauty, skincare, home & interior or other DTC/eCommerce brands is a plus.

Compensation:
$6–$10 USD per hour depending on your experience, portfolio and Klaviyo knowledge.

We will start with a smaller amount of work for a few clients. If the collaboration goes well, there is potential for significantly more work and hours in the future.
