JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time | 20–25 Hours/Week | Long-Term Opportunity

We are a growing U.S.-based media and content company looking for a talented, reliable, and creative Content Creation & Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team.

We’re not looking for someone who simply checks boxes.

We’re looking for someone who understands content, has a creative eye, follows directions well, stays organized, communicates clearly, and can eventually take ownership of portions of our content-production process.

What You’ll Help With

Your responsibilities may include:

* Editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
* Turning raw footage into engaging social content
* Adding captions, music, graphics, B-roll, transitions, and other creative elements
* Creating social-media graphics and carousels in Canva
* Writing or assisting with captions, hooks, and post copy
* Repurposing long-form content into short-form content
* Organizing raw footage and finished content in Google Drive
* Uploading and scheduling social-media posts
* Maintaining and updating content calendars
* Researching trends, sounds, hooks, and content ideas
* Updating tasks and projects in Asana/Notion
* Helping manage multiple brands/client accounts
* Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency
* Assisting with additional content-production and administrative tasks as needed

Tools You Should Know

Experience with several of the following is preferred:

* CapCut
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* Canva
* Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube
* Meta Business Suite
* Google Drive
* Asana and/or Notion
* ChatGPT and other AI tools

Schedule

Approximately 20–25 hours per week to start.

We are based in Florida, USA, so some availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours will be helpful for communication and team meetings.

Most work can be completed asynchronously.

Compensation

Starting compensation will depend on experience, portfolio quality, communication skills, and availability.

This is a long-term position, and there will be opportunities for increased hours, compensation, and responsibility for someone who performs well.
