JOB OVERVIEW

IMPORTANT: VIDEO EDITING SAMPLES ARE REQUIRED

We are looking for a reliable short-form video editor for ongoing, high-volume work.

Most finished videos will be 20–40 seconds long and created for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

You must be able to edit and deliver up to 15 videos per day with a turnaround time of 1–2 days.

EDITING STYLE

The videos should be clean, engaging, and focused on the product. Editing may include:

* Removing pauses and unnecessary footage
* Fast, clean cuts
* On-screen captions and text
* Zoom-ins and zoom-outs
* Product close-ups
* Simple transitions
* Relevant music and sound effects
* Basic color, lighting, and audio correction
* Strong pacing that keeps viewers watching
* Attention-grabbing hooks at the beginning

Do not overload the videos with effects. The product and message must remain the main focus.

REQUIREMENTS

* Experience editing short-form social-media videos
* Able to consistently handle up to 15 videos per day
* Able to deliver each batch within 1–2 days
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable communication
* Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
* Able to export vertical videos in 9:16 format and 1080p quality
* No watermarks
* Organized file names and folders
* Willing to make reasonable revisions
* Must keep all raw footage and business information private
* Must not post, reuse, share, or sell our footage or completed videos

PAYMENT AND TEST

This is project-based work, and payment will be based on an agreed price per completed video.

Shortlisted applicants may receive one small paid test assignment before being selected for ongoing work.

Editors who consistently deliver quality work on time may receive regular assignments, performance bonuses, and opportunities for higher pay.
