JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing commercial cleaning company based in Los Angeles, California, and we’re looking for a highly motivated Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant in the Philippines to help us find and close new commercial cleaning clients.

This is not just a list-building or appointment-setting position. We want someone who can take ownership of the sales process from prospecting all the way through booking qualified opportunities for our cleaning team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your primary goal is simple: help us book more commercial cleaning jobs in Los Angeles.

You will:

* Research and build targeted lists of businesses in Los Angeles
* Identify office buildings, property managers, businesses, and other companies that may need recurring commercial cleaning
* Find the correct decision-makers and their contact information
* Cold call businesses and introduce our cleaning services
* Send personalized cold emails and follow-ups
* Respond to interested prospects
* Follow up consistently with leads who don’t respond immediately
* Qualify opportunities and understand their cleaning needs
* Schedule estimates, walkthroughs, and sales calls
* Maintain an organized CRM/pipeline
* Move leads through each stage of the sales process
* Keep detailed notes on conversations and follow-ups
* Report on outreach, conversations, opportunities, and booked jobs

Who We’re Looking For

You should have:

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Clear, neutral pronunciation that is easily understood by U.S. prospects
* Confidence speaking with American business owners and decision-makers over the phone
* Previous experience with cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation
* Strong email-writing skills
* Experience working with a CRM or sales pipeline
* The ability to stay organized and follow up relentlessly
* Strong research skills and the ability to build your own prospect lists
* A results-oriented mindset — we care about conversations, opportunities, and booked business, not just activity

Experience selling to U.S. businesses is strongly preferred.

Experience selling commercial cleaning, home services, property management, or other local services is a major plus.

What Success Looks Like

We don’t want someone who simply makes 50 calls and checks a box.

We want someone who thinks:

“How do I turn this company into a customer?”

If a prospect doesn’t answer, you follow up.

If they ask you to email them, you send a strong email.

If they’re interested but not ready today, you put them into the pipeline and follow up at the right time.

If you notice a better type of company we should target, you tell us.

You’ll have ownership over your pipeline and will be expected to continuously move opportunities forward.

Schedule

You must be available to make calls during Los Angeles business hours (Pacific Time).

This is a long-term opportunity. We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and become an important part of our sales operation.
