Role Overview

- Full-time remote / work-from-home position
- US business hours
- Speak with warm leads and interested customers
- Present product offers and recommend solutions
- Handle objections and close sales
- Increase order value through bundles and subscriptions
- No cold prospecting required

Compensation & Earnings

Choose the compensation plan that best fits your goals:

Option 1 – Draw + Commission

- $500 draw
- 5% commission on qualifying one-time purchases
- 10% commission on qualifying first subscription purchases

Option 2 – Full Commission

- Competitive commission-only structure with higher earning potential

Top performers can earn $2,000–$9,000+ per month depending on performance.

- Premium supplement and wellness products

- Products with average order values ranging from $30 to $200+

Requirements

- 1–2+ years of sales or BPO experience
- Experience in inbound or outbound phone sales
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable presenting offers and closing deals
- Own PC or laptop with a stable internet connection
- Goal-driven and performance-oriented mindset
