JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an AI Generalist

We are looking for an AI Generalist, someone who can take a script and a likeness and hand back finished, ultra realistic video. Generation, voice, lip-sync, quality control, all of it.

THE ROLE:

We produce realistic AI reels built around one consistent on camera personality. You own the machine that makes them.

End to end: identity training, prompting, model selection, voice cloning, lipsync, and the quality bar before anything reaches an editor.

This is daily volume work. Not one off projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Strong skills creating realistic AI content (video and image)
- Hands on across the current stack: Higgsfield, Soul ID or LoRA style identity training, HeyGen, Kling, Veo, Seedance, ElevenLabs
- You can hold ONE face consistent across dozens of clips with zero drift
- You know which model to reach for per shot instead of forcing everything through one tool
- You catch the tells: dead eyes, bad hands, lipsync slip, plastic skin, and you re-render instead of shipping it
- You work from a real person's likeness, not just stock avatars or fully synthetic characters
- You document what worked so clip 50 is faster than clip 5
- Professional and reliable. This is not a "just getting started" role

BIG BONUS POINTS IF:

- You can edit too: clean cuts, text pop ups, motion, fonts, the polished pro stuff
- You have built a repeatable system, not just one off winners
- You understand hooks, pacing, and retention on short form
- You have run AI content that performed and can show the numbers

If you have that on top of everything else, you are exactly who we want.

HOW TO APPLY:

Do not send random AI content. We want to see the real person and the AI clone that holds up as a REAL person on camera.

2. 3 or more clips of the SAME face so we can see consistency across generations
3. Your tool stack and how you would approach a daily volume build
4. A quick note on your experience and your rates

ROOM TO GROW:

This starts project based and scales into an ongoing role as output ramps. The right person grows into owning the full production pipeline and briefing the editors under them.
