Hi, I'm Dr. Abrar Al-Shaer, PhD, RD, LDN: a registered dietitian nutritionist and herbalist in the United States. I run Precision Women's Care, an integrative practice where we help women get to the root of their health issues — PCOS, fertility, hormones, gut health, perimenopause — and feel like themselves again.

We're a small, close team, fully remote, and we care a great deal about the women who come to us.

Women find us, reach out, and genuinely want help — and then some of them quietly slip away because nobody followed up well enough. I'm looking for someone to own our front door: the leads, the phone, the follow-up, and the conversation that turns an interested woman into a patient.

This is a sales role, and it's also the first voice a woman hears from our practice. Both have to be true at once.

About the pay, before anything else. Your base is $7/hour, but this role is built so your income follows your results, not the clock. You earn a bonus on every patient and member you bring in, so $1,000+ a month is well within reach if you convert well. Do this properly and you should out-earn the hourly rate comfortably.

What you'll do
- Follow up quickly with every woman who reaches out, and guide her toward booking
- Have the real conversation: what we offer, what it costs, and what's holding her back
- Turn interested women into patients and members
- Keep following up with the ones who say "let me think about it" — this is where most of the value lives
- Answer and return calls on our practice phone during US hours
- Schedule patient follow-ups and make sure nothing sits unanswered

Who I'm looking for

Near-native English comes first, and it isn't negotiable. You'll be on the phone with American women talking about deeply personal things. You need to sound warm, natural, and completely at ease — able to hear hesitation in someone's voice and respond to it. Not scripted. Not stiff.

- You've actually sold something and closed it. Health, wellness, coaching, or memberships is a real plus
- You're comfortable with money. You can say a price out loud and then stay quiet
- You're warm, not pushy. Hard-closing will damage the trust our patients place in us
- You run yourself. You'll own the follow-up. Nobody will chase you
- You can work a consistent 4-hour block each weekday, on US Eastern time
- This role is open to women only. Our patients are women discussing fertility and hormones, and they've told us plainly that they're more comfortable speaking with another woman

The details
- Pay: $7/hour base, plus a bonus on every patient and member you bring in. A strong month lands around $1,000+ per month
- Hours: 20 per week to start — the same 4-hour block each weekday, US Eastern
- Growth: 4-week paid fellowship ? 3 months part-time ? full-time based on performance
