JOB OVERVIEW

Performance Creative & Media Buyer: Ad Editor Who Thinks Like a Marketer

We're hiring an ad editor who thinks like a marketer:
We run a pay-per-lead model: we generate customer opportunities on Facebook, Instagram and Google with paid ads. The single most important skill in that machine is yours: editing. You study industries and consumer psychology and package it into a high volume of ad creative that makes people click and buy. Great editing takes years to build — that's the craft we're hiring. The media buying behind it can be trained, and we will train you: step-by-step, exactly which buttons to press. If you already have media-buying experience, that's a major plus — but the editor is who we're hiring.
This is a partnership, not a task job — direct mentorship, SOPs, and the room to grow into leading the creative and media team as we scale.

Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500/month base (for the right person — we pay for a weapon) + 1% uncapped performance commission.
Type: Full-time, work from home, long-term.
Hours: ~8 hours/day plus a lunch break. Start between 9:00–10:00am Philippine time (11:00am PHT at the latest) — e.g. 10am–7pm PHT. You'll overlap Melbourne (AEST) afternoon/evening, with a short daily check-in at the start of your day after you send a morning brief. Then a sharp concise EOD report.

What You'll Do:
Creative — your craft, most of the week
-Edit a high volume of short-form video ads for Meta, Instagram and YouTube — hooks, angles, variations. Volume of tested creative is our #1 lever, so you ship in batches.
-Produce static image creatives, including AI-generated statics (Nano Banana or similar).
-Build AI ad videos with tools like Kling, Veo3, Seedance, Higgsfield, kie.ai.
-Study the industries and the psychology — what makes people click and buy. Pitch angles and concepts; think for yourself, don't just cut what you're told.
Media buying — where this role grows (we train you)
-Learn to launch, test, kill and scale the Meta/Google campaigns behind your creative to a target cost-per-lead — with full training, SOPs and videos on exactly what to do.
-Read the data and feed what the numbers say straight back into the next batch of creative — the creative-to-CPL loop is yours to own over time.
-You don't need to be a fancy, elite editor — in advertising, clean and minimal converts. What matters is creativity, marketing instinct and speed.

You're Our Person If You Have
The one hard requirement:
A portfolio of ad creative you've personally edited — video and static. This is the gate. No portfolio, no application. Editing at this level takes years to build, and it's the skill we're hiring.

-Real video editing (CapCut / Premiere / After Effects) and static design — 3+ years of reps behind you.
-Fluency with AI creative tools — image and video generation — to move fast.
-A performance / lead-gen mindset (CPL / CPA) — NOT TikTok-influencer or brand-awareness content.
-Fluent written and spoken English.
-Full-time, single focus — no other clients on the side.
-Highly preferred — major points
-Media-buying experience — Meta / Google / YouTube. If you've personally run an ad account, show it (real CPL and spend). -Any performance-marketing experience counts strongly here. Don't have it yet? Still apply — we train the buying; we can't train the years of editing.
-Experience across multiple verticals; strong grasp of consumer psychology and direct-response.

Not This Role
So we're clear (and so the right people self-select): funnel building, GoHighLevel automation, landing pages and cold outreach are handled by others. You focus on creative and the ads. That's the whole job — done exceptionally.

Commission — How It Works
On top of base, you earn 1% of the collected margin on the client revenue your campaigns drive, every month that client stays. Uncapped.
-Example: a lead-buyer client spending $50k/month at ~40% margin ($20k) = $200/month to you while they're active. Ten of those = $2,000/month recurring, on top of base.
-A smaller $2,500/month client = $25/month, which stacks at volume.
These are illustrations of the mechanism, not a promise — but the ceiling is uncapped, and it's built to grow well beyond the base as we scale.

How To Apply:
Read carefully — we get over a thousand applications and skipping a step means instant deletion.
1. Start your message with the word VESICA so we know you actually read this.
2. Your portfolio — a Google Drive folder set to “anyone with the link,” showing ad creative you've edited (video + static).
3. THE TEST — build us one Closara ad. Look at our website (closara.co) and create a single ad (a static image OR a short video) for Closara. Show us your creative and the thinking behind it (the angle, the hook, why it would work). This is the main thing we'll judge.
4. If you have media-buying experience (major points): link or screenshots of an ad account you've personally run, showing real cost-per-lead and spend. No account? Skip this step — it won't delete you.
5. A short Loom introducing yourself in English. We don't care about production quality — we want to see you're serious.
6. One or two sincere lines: the best CPL or best-performing ad you've made, and why you want this role. Confirm your PHT hours and that you can commit full-time.

Show us a real portfolio and a Closara ad that makes us stop scrolling — and you'll hear from us fast.
