JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a dedicated role for one of our clients — a retail storefront based in Singapore. We're a Singapore-based software and automation studio, and we're hiring on their behalf.

It's a hybrid role: you'll be a friendly first point of contact for the store's customers, and you'll also bring real technical skills to keep their systems and automations running smoothly. If you enjoy helping customers and you're comfortable getting hands-on with tools like GoHighLevel, a conversational-AI chat system, and a bit of development, this one's for you.

SCHEDULE

- Fully remote.
- 11:00am to 8:00pm Singapore time (UTC+8 — same as Philippine time), 5 days a week.
- One of your 5 days falls on a weekend.
- No graveyard shift — these are normal daytime hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Handle customer support — answer questions, resolve issues, and keep customers happy across chat, messaging, and email.
- Manage and improve the customer conversations running through GoHighLevel and a conversational-AI system like ---------- — keeping flows, responses, and automations working well.
- Get hands-on technically — make updates and fixes to the client's web app and systems built on Vercel and Supabase.
- Stay organised: track issues, follow up, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong customer-support instincts — warm, clear, patient, with good written English.
- Comfortable in GoHighLevel (GHL) and a conversational-AI / chat platform like ---------- (or similar).
- Real developer skills — you can work with Vercel and Supabase to make updates, fix issues, and understand what's happening under the hood.
- Fluent with AI as a real tool. We're a bit obsessed with Claude / AI — using it to move faster, troubleshoot, and build. The bar is using it to actually get things done, not just chatting with it.
- Self-directed and reliable — remote work means you run your own day and follow through without hand-holding.

NICE TO HAVE

- Retail or e-commerce support experience.
- Experience with Next.js / React or other modern web tools.
- Familiarity with automation tools like n8n or Make.

THE ENGAGEMENT

- Type: Freelance / independent contract, ongoing.
- Location: Fully remote. Singapore time (UTC+8) — same hours as the Philippines, no graveyard shifts.
- Schedule: 11am–8pm, 5 days a week, one of them on a weekend.
- Pay: In PHP, paid reliably via Wise/Bank transfer, monthly.
- Rate: Tell us your rate and how you'd like to structure it.
- Start: Soon — we're ready to move once we find the right person.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

- Daytime hours in your own timezone — no graveyard shifts.
- A varied role that uses both your people skills and your technical skills.
- A steady, dedicated role supporting one business.
- A small, respectful, English-speaking team that won't micro-manage you.

HOW TO APPLY

Send us a few things — keep it short:
- A quick intro and any customer-support experience you have.
- Your experience with GoHighLevel, ---------- (or similar), Vercel, and Supabase.
- A link to anything you've built or worked on, if you have one.
- Your rate and availability.

No long cover letter needed.
