JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant Needed for Growing Creative & E-Commerce Business

Nyari Custom Creations is seeking a dependable, organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help streamline and grow our online business.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently, highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with e-commerce platforms—particularly Shopify and Etsy.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage and organize our Shopify store, including product listings, collections, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, and general store updates
Manage and optimize Etsy listings, including titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, photos, and shop organization
Help maintain organized digital files, product information, customer records, workflows, and business systems
Assist with uploading new products and coordinating product launches
Perform basic website updates and quality-control checks
Help develop and maintain business systems, templates, trackers, and SOPs
Assist with administrative tasks and general business organization
Support social media scheduling and content management
Research tools, trends, competitors, keywords, and opportunities that can improve our online presence

HUGE PLUS: Funnels & Automation
Candidates with experience creating sales funnels, landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, automations, and customer journeys are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Flodesk, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, ---------- , Zapier, or similar tools is a major plus.

You may be a great fit if you:

Have proven Shopify and/or Etsy experience
Are extremely organized and detail-oriented
Understand e-commerce and online customer experiences
Can take direction but don't need constant supervision
Are proactive and comfortable suggesting improvements
Have strong written communication skills
Can learn new technology quickly
Understand social media and digital marketing
Are comfortable working with a growing business where systems are still being developed
Can help turn ideas into organized, repeatable processes
