Who are we?

We are Maxwell Home Services, a residential cleaning company based out of Columbus, OH, USA.
We coordinate cleaning jobs between our customers and our team of cleaners.
This company is growing fast and we are seeking our next A+ Team member.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a driven, results oriented Sales professional to join our team.
This role is phone and outreach based, someone who thrives on the phone, converts leads into booked jobs, and builds new business relationships with real estate agents and property managers.

You must speak strong, clear English and have a proven track record in sales.

Starting Pay:
$5 USD/hour base pay, plus $10 bonus for each cleaning job that converts to a paid job
20 Hours per week (Monday to Friday, 4 hours/day, EST business hours)

Responsibilities:

-Answer inbound calls from Google Local Services Ads (LSA) leads and book/estimate jobs
-Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents and property managers to build our referral network
-Follow up with past leads and warm contacts
-Track and report on call outcomes and booked jobs
-Submit a daily End of Day Report

Requirements:

2+ years of phone based sales and appointment setting experience (required)
Clear, fluent spoken English (required)
Confident phone voice, comfortable following scripts while sounding natural
Good personality and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Stable internet connection and reliable laptop/PC with a headset
