JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for experienced Virtual Assistants to join our growing team and help manage several English-language Shopify stores. Your main responsibility will be to add, update, and manage product listings following strict internal guidelines. You’ll be working closely with a designer who handles the product visuals and will be supervised by a dedicated manager.

Responsibilities:

Add and edit product listings in Shopify with 100?curacy
Follow detailed SOPs and style guidelines
Coordinate with the graphic designer to ensure visuals match product updates
Maintain consistency and quality across all store content

Requirements:

Proven experience with Shopify and product editing – this is non-negotiable
Background in dropshipping or similar e-commerce models
Available full-time (8 hours per day) — ideally during European hours, but we’re flexible
Fluent in English and fully capable of attending video meetings
Strong communication skills and ability to follow processes
Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc. – being proactive with these is a strong plus
