JOB OVERVIEW

Hiring a Short-form Video SCRIPTWRITER — remote, full-time, paid in USD

I run a short-form content agency and I'm looking for a dedicated scriptwriter to join as a full-time member of the team.

This is not a one-off gig. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with an agency long-term.

What you'll be doing:
— Writing conversion-driven video scripts. These are authority-based content for personal brands, including top-of-funnel, middle-funnel, and bottom-of-funnel video scripts. Mostly talking-heads.
— Similar to Alex Hormozi / wizofecom / Mino Lee styles
— Writing filming briefs for the scripts you created
— Input on performance review, content strategy, iterations, etc

What I offer:
— Full-time, remote
— Working directly with US clients

— Fixed base pay + Monthly bonus based on customer feedback, quality, and number of scripts produced

Requirements:
— Portfolio REQUIRED — no portfolio, automatically rejected
— You must have written specfically video scripts before - SEO blogs, tweets, LinkedIn posts, and copy written to be read vs. filmed in general DO NOT count
— Must be available 9 PM – 5 AM PHT (9 AM – 5 PM Eastern)
— Minimum 1 year of experience
— Must be ready to start immediately
— Must have your own equipment and reliable internet
— Good taste and judgment are a must.

Who we are looking for:
You should be very scrappy, driven, and adaptable.

If you're expecting a corporate setup where you come in and there's a lot of hand-holding — a step-by-step SOP for everything — this is not the right fit.

This is going to be a lot of figuring things out. You need to be able to think and solve problems on your own while they're being thrown at you.

You'll of course have clear expectations, communication, and support from the team, but a lot of problems will get thrown at you with no existing process. A lot of tasks will start with just your own process, and over time they turn into SOPs so that things get easier in the long run.

The founder is super involved, and it's a very tight team.

The work environment is very scrappy and fast paced, and will only resonate with you if:
