JOB OVERVIEW

Incustudio is hiring ONE full-time Social Media Manager to own our social channels end to end.

This is not a support role. You will own the channel — strategy, production, publishing, and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
------------------------------
- Build and run the monthly content calendar (you propose it, we approve it)
- Edit short-form vertical video: Reels, TikToks, Shorts — hooks, cuts, captions, sound
- Write the copy: hooks, captions, carousel text, CTAs — in our brand voice
- Design supporting graphics in Canva
- Schedule and publish across platforms
- Run community management: comments, DMs, engagement
- Report monthly on what worked, what didn't, and what you're changing next month

WHAT WE REQUIRE
--------------------- ---------- + years actually managing social media accounts (not just posting)
- 2+ years editing short-form vertical video — CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or Final Cut
- Real copywriting ability. You can write three genuinely different angles for one video, not three rewrites of the same sentence
- Strong written English. B2 minimum, C1 or C2 strongly preferred
- Canva proficiency
- A portfolio. Links to videos YOU edited and captions YOU wrote
- Reliable internet and your own computer
- Available for at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (roughly 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM Manila)
