JOB OVERVIEW

Description:
I am looking for a WordPress expert who specializes in building beautiful, functional websites using Elementor for small businesses. Applicant *must* have an eye for beautiful designs and experience creating and maintaining websites. I need someone who has experience using templates AS WELL AS customizing designs to suit the clients' needs. You must also be well versed in site maintenance and security.

**Priority will be given to someone with marketing experience. While this position is primarily for help with websites, I could also use someone who can create marketing materials such as social media posts and printable flyers.


Responsibilities:

Build full websites using WordPress + Elementor (starting from templates or from scratch)
Customize designs based on client branding guidelines
Optimize site speed and mobile responsiveness
Install essential plugins (SEO, security, backups)
Deliver polished, client-ready websites without needing constant revisions
Perform regular site maintenance to keep the sites up-to-date and secure

Requirements:

Native or near-native English communication
2+ years of WordPress/Elementor experience (portfolio required)
Strong design sense (sites must look clean & professional)
Knowledge of best practices for site speed, SEO basics, mobile UX
Ability to work with deadlines without micromanagement
Bonus: Marketing and promo materials creation experience

* This position is for part-time work, but time needed each month will vary *

Schedule:
Flexible hours, but must be responsive during Mon–Fri working days
