JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media & WordPress Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing social media, creating engaging content, publishing website content in WordPress, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. You must be fluent in English, highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment during Business Hours Eastern Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize social media content across multiple platforms.
2. Create, edit, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts.
3. Write compelling captions and assist with content planning and content calendar management.
4. Monitor and manage social media comments and messages, engaging with followers in a professional and timely manner to help build an active online community.
5. Edit short-form videos for social media using CapCut and other editing tools.
6. Create graphics and marketing assets using Canva, AI design tools, and other creative platforms.
7. WordPress: Upload, format, publish, and manage website content in WordPress, ensuring pages and blog posts are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized.
8. Assist with additional digital marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proven experience with social media management and content creation.
2. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a high level of fluency.
3. Experience writing engaging social media captions and interacting with online communities through comments and direct messages.
4. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, AI design tools, and WordPress is required.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and directives.
8. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
9. Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
