About Us
We're a global wellness technology group operating multiple consumer wellness brands, including a market-leading vibration/fitness equipment brand sold across the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada, and a sensory/vibroacoustic therapy products brand. We also have an emerging pet-therapy brand. Our content spans YouTube, organic social across multiple brand pages, trade show media, and direct-response marketing video.
We're bringing video editing in-house and are hiring a full-time editor to own this work directly, replacing an outsourced production arrangement.
About the Role
You'll be the primary video editor across our brand ecosystem — turning raw footage, presenter recordings, and stock/B-roll into polished content for YouTube, organic social (four+ brand pages), sales funnel videos, and trade show/marketing assets. You'll work closely with our Digital Operations team and content presenters to keep a consistent, recognizable brand voice and visual identity across every platform.
This is a hands-on production role, not a supervisory one — you will personally sit in the edit chair for the majority of our video output.
What You'll Do
- Edit long-form YouTube content (tutorials, product explainers, presenter-led videos) from raw footage through to final export, including titling, pacing, and thumbnail-ready framing
- Cut short-form/social content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for multiple brand accounts, adapting pacing, captions, and format to each platform
- Edit presenter-led sales and funnel videos (e.g. quiz-based sales sequences) to a direct-response standard — clear structure, strong hooks, clean pacing toward a call to action
- Apply and maintain brand style guides (colour, type, lower-thirds, intro/outro, music beds) consistently across our multiple brands, using our established templates and guidelines
- Support trade show and event video content (highlight reels, product demo loops, testimonial cuts)
- Manage footage organization, version control, and a predictable delivery pipeline so stakeholders always know what's in progress and what's ready for review
- Take structured feedback from brand leadership (final creative sign-off sits with the founders) and turn revisions around quickly
- Collaborate with our content calendar/community management process to keep video output aligned with the monthly content plan
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years professional video editing experience, ideally including social-first content and at least some direct-response/marketing video
- Strong working knowledge of at least one professional NLE (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro); CapCut experience is a plus but not required
- A sharp eye for pacing and hook strength — you understand why the first 3 seconds of a Reel matter as much as the first 3 minutes of a YouTube video
- Comfort working across multiple brand identities at once without them bleeding into each other
- Experience turning long presenter recordings into tight, clean cuts without losing the speaker's natural tone
- Comfortable using AI tools in the creative workflow (e.g. AI-assisted transcription, rough-cut generation, upscaling, generative B-roll, or thumbnail/title assistance) to speed up production — but with the judgment to know when a scene needs a human eye and hand instead. We need someone who uses AI to work faster and smarter, not someone who leans on it in place of real editing skill, nor someone who refuses to use it at all
- Strong self-management — this is a remote role with a defined weekly deliverable cadence, not close supervision
- Good written English for coordinating with a distributed team (Philippines, Australia, UK, US)
Bonus: experience with health, wellness, or fitness brand content; motion graphics/basic animation skills; experience cutting trade show or event footage
Please reply with
- A reel or 3–5 links to work you personally edited (please note which pieces were your own cut vs. team output)
- A short note on your NLE experience and any direct-response/social-first video work
- A brief example of how you've used AI tools in a real edit — and, just as important, an example of where you chose not to (or a straight cut/manual edit) because AI wasn't the right call
