JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Insurance Virtual Assistant to support a US-based insurance agency.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling commercial insurance tasks, policy documents, certificates of insurance, renewals, carrier portals, and client service support. This role requires strong English communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently during US business hours.

Responsibilities
Assist with commercial lines insurance servicing
Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Insurance, and policy documents
Review policies, endorsements, invoices, and renewal documents for accuracy
Help with renewals, policy changes, cancellations, and client follow-ups
Request quotes, loss runs, and underwriting documents when needed
Communicate with carriers, clients, and internal team members by email
Update client files and agency management systems
Organize documents, forms, applications, and insurance records
Follow up on pending items and keep tasks moving without constant supervision
Perform general admin support related to commercial insurance accounts
Requirements
Prior experience with US commercial lines insurance is required
Experience with Certificates of Insurance and policy servicing
Familiarity with insurance terms, endorsements, renewals, binders, and carrier documents
Experience using agency management systems such as AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or similar is preferred
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and computer
Able to work US business hours
Organized, responsive, and able to meet deadlines
Able to work independently as a remote contractor
