## About Us
We are a growing real estate media company based in Southern California. We provide real estate agents with professional photography, video, drone, floor plans, property websites, and other marketing services.
We're looking for an experienced **Meta/Facebook Ads Specialist** to help us generate qualified leads from real estate agents in our local market and turn those leads into booked appointments and paying customers.
This is **not an entry-level position.** We're looking for someone who already has hands-on experience running successful Meta advertising campaigns.
## What You'll Be Responsible For
* Develop, launch, and manage
* Generate qualified leads within our specific geographic service area
* Build and test audiences, offers, ad copy, and creative
* Create and manage retargeting campaigns
* Monitor campaigns and optimize based on performance
* Track cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, and customer acquisition cost
* Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking as needed
* Help develop lead forms and/or landing-page funnels
* Help set up automated SMS and
* Continuously test new creatives, audiences, and offers
* Provide clear weekly reporting and recommendations
## Who We're Looking For
We strongly prefer someone with experience generating leads for **local service businesses**.
Experience with real estate, real estate media, home services, agencies, or other appointment-based businesses is a major plus.
We're looking for someone who understands the entire customer acquisition process:
**Ad ? Lead ? Qualification ? Follow-Up ? Appointment ? Paying Customer**
We are **not** looking for someone who simply knows how to operate Meta Ads Manager. We want someone who understands strategy, testing, optimization, tracking, and how advertising ultimately produces revenue.
## Requirements
* Proven experience managing
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
* Experience running lead-generation campaigns
* Experience optimizing campaigns based on actual performance data
* Understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
* Experience testing audiences, creatives, copy, and offers
* Strong written English
* Reliable communication
* Ability to work independently and make recommendations
Experience with CRM systems, SMS/email automation, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or similar platforms is a plus.
## Compensation & Hours
This position will begin at approximately **10–15 hours per week**.
Compensation is **$400–$600 USD per month**, depending on experience and demonstrated results.
We are looking for a long-term team member. There is potential for increased compensation and responsibility as our advertising grows and you demonstrate results.
