JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in the credit repair industry.

This is NOT an entry-level role.
You must already understand how credit repair works and be comfortable working inside our systems.

? RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to client messages (SMS, email, CRM)
• Provide clear updates on client credit progress
• Assist with onboarding and client questions
• Review accounts and ensure accuracy of information
• Communicate professionally and confidently with clients
• Follow company systems, SOPs, and workflows
• Work closely with sales and support teams

?? REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):
• MUST have experience in credit repair
• MUST have experience with:
• GoHighLevel (CRM)
• ---------- (payments/subscriptions)
• MUST speak fluent, clear English
• MUST be detail-oriented (very important)
• MUST be able to listen, follow instructions, and execute tasks correctly
• MUST be reliable and professional
