JOB OVERVIEW

High Five Painting is looking for a **full-time Social Media & Brand Coordinator** to help grow our brand, manage our online presence, and turn organic social media into a consistent source of leads.

We are a fast-growing painting and home service company in Canada, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day social media presence.

This is **not just a content-posting position.**

Your job is to keep our brand active, responsive and engaging while proactively turning followers, comments and conversations into real opportunities for our sales team.

Your #1 Goal

**Generate 10–20+ qualified organic social media leads per week.**

You'll actively engage with our audience, start conversations, follow up with interested prospects and move potential customers toward providing their contact information for a free estimate.

What You'll Be Responsible For

**Social Media & Content**

* Manage our Instagram and Facebook presence daily
* Publish and schedule Reels, posts, stories and other content
* Write captions and create engaging posts using content provided by our team
* Keep our accounts consistently active
* Monitor and respond to comments, DMs and notifications throughout the workday
* Work with our video editor/content team to maintain a consistent publishing schedule
* Stay aware of social media trends and look for opportunities to improve our content

**Organic Lead Generation**

* Turn comments and DMs into conversations with potential customers
* Message and engage new followers
* Follow up with warm prospects
* Reach back out to recent followers
* Capture names, phone numbers and project information from interested homeowners
* Submit qualified opportunities directly to our sales team
* Track organic leads generated each week

**Proactive Outreach**

* Find and engage potential customers in our service areas
* Build relationships with real estate agents, interior designers, builders, contractors and property managers
* Grow our local affiliate and referral network
* Proactively create conversations instead of simply waiting for inbound messages

**Google Business Profile & Reputation**

* Keep our Google Business Profile active and updated
* Publish project photos and updates
* Respond professionally to Google reviews
* Monitor Facebook and other relevant review platforms
* Escalate negative reviews quickly to management
* Help strengthen High Five Painting's overall online reputation

Who We're Looking For

You should have:

* Experience managing business social media accounts
* Excellent written English
* Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook
* Understanding of organic social media and lead generation
* Ability to communicate naturally without sounding scripted
* Confidence starting conversations with potential customers
* Strong organization and follow-up skills
* Fast response times
* Ability to work independently
* Basic sales instincts and understanding of how to move conversations toward a lead
* Experience using tools like ChatGPT to improve productivity
* A desire for a long-term position with opportunities to grow

Experience with **home service, construction, real estate, trades or local businesses** is a major bonus.

Position Details

Employment: Part time / Full-time
Hours: Approximately 25-35 hours/week
Compensation:** $600 - $700 USD/month
