Business Builder / Venture Research & Launch Assistant

I’m looking for a resourceful, entrepreneurial Business Builder / Venture Research & Launch Assistant to help me identify, validate, and begin building a profitable business.

My ultimate goal is to create an additional source of income that can grow over time and eventually give me more control over my schedule and free up my time.

I am not looking for someone to sell me a generic business idea, dropshipping course, get-rich-quick strategy, or AI-generated list of “10 businesses you can start.”

I want someone who can actually research opportunities, evaluate them realistically, help me select the strongest business model, and then assist with building and launching it.

The Goal

The initial goal is to identify a business opportunity that:

* Has realistic revenue potential
* Has relatively low startup costs
* Can be started while I am still working full-time
* Can eventually be systemized, delegated, or partially automated
* Does not require me to personally perform every task forever
* Has room to scale
* Solves an actual problem people or businesses will pay to solve
* Can realistically generate its first revenue without requiring years of development

I am open to service businesses, digital businesses, B2B opportunities, online businesses, and other legitimate models.

I am especially interested in opportunities where my existing professional experience, skills, or knowledge could create an advantage, but I am also open to opportunities outside of my current industry if the business case is strong.

Phase 1: Business Research & Validation

Your first responsibility will be helping me identify and evaluate potential business opportunities.

For each serious opportunity, I want research covering:

* What the business actually sells
* Who the target customer is
* What problem the business solves
* Why customers would pay for it
* How much competitors charge
* Who the major competitors are
* Startup costs
* Estimated operating costs
* Potential profit margins
* Difficulty of acquiring customers
* How customers could be acquired
* How quickly the business could reasonably generate revenue
* What parts of the business could eventually be automated or delegated
* Major risks or barriers to entry
* What would make our version of the business different or better

I want recommendations based on actual research and business logic, not trends or hype.

Phase 2: Business Model Development

Once we identify the strongest opportunity, you will help me turn the idea into an actual business model.

This may include:

* Defining the target customer
* Developing the service or product offering
* Creating pricing packages
* Developing the value proposition
* Researching competitors
* Identifying potential customer acquisition channels
* Creating basic financial projections
* Mapping startup expenses
* Creating a simple launch strategy
* Developing processes and workflows
* Identifying tools or software needed to operate the business

The business should be designed with simplicity and scalability in mind.

Phase 3: Build & Launch

After the business model is approved, I want assistance actually building it.

Depending on the business, responsibilities may include:

* Business and competitor research
* Setting up operational systems
* Creating lead lists
* Researching potential customers
* Developing prospect databases
* Setting up a CRM or tracking system
* Creating standard operating procedures
* Building simple workflows and automations
* Coordinating freelancers or vendors
* Helping set up business tools and software
* Researching website or landing-page solutions
* Assisting with launch preparation
* Tracking leads, outreach, customers, and revenue
* Identifying areas that can be outsourced or automated

I want someone who is comfortable going beyond research and helping turn ideas into execution.

A Major Priority: Building Something That Does Not Depend Entirely on Me

One of my primary objectives is creating a business that can eventually operate without requiring my constant involvement.

As we build the business, I want you to continually identify:

* Tasks that can be automated
* Tasks that can eventually be delegated to virtual assistants or contractors
* Processes that need SOPs
* Systems that reduce manual work
* Ways to make customer acquisition repeatable
* Ways to create recurring or repeat revenue
* Opportunities to increase revenue without proportionally increasing my workload

I understand that building a business requires work upfront. I am not expecting passive income overnight.

However, I specifically want to avoid creating another job for myself.

What I Am NOT Looking For

* Expensive business courses

* Generic print-on-demand businesses
* “Passive income” schemes
* Businesses copied from TikTok or YouTube without research

I am looking for real business fundamentals, research, execution, and measurable progress.

* Focused on execution rather than endless planning
* Able to explain why an opportunity does or does not make business sense

I do not need someone who agrees with every idea I have.

If an idea is unlikely to work, I want you to tell me why and recommend something better.

Initial Project

This will begin as a 30-day business-building project.

During the first 30 days, I would like us to:

Week 1: Research and evaluate potential business opportunities.

Week 2: Select and validate the strongest business model.

Week 3: Build the offer, pricing, systems, customer-acquisition strategy, and launch infrastructure.

Week 4: Begin launching, prospecting, testing, and attempting to generate our first customers or revenue.

The exact timeline may change depending on the business we select, but I want this project to remain execution-focused.
