Cornell Coaching Technologies | Remote | Full-Time

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and great with numbers? Cornell Coaching Technologies is looking for an Accountant to manage weekly financial computations and ensure our clients, employees, and commissions are accurately calculated and paid.

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
Calculate weekly client sales and revenue
Track and compute employee salaries and weekly payroll
Calculate sales commissions and performance-based payouts
Verify hours worked, rates, deductions, and other payroll details
Reconcile sales, payroll, and commission figures
Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
Prepare weekly payroll and commission reports
Review calculations for errors before payments are processed
Coordinate with management regarding discrepancies or adjustments
Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information
Help improve and organize our accounting and reporting systems

? Qualifications
Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related experience
2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Experience with payroll, commissions, sales calculations, and reconciliations
Ability to work with large amounts of data accurately
Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients and employees
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to meet weekly payroll deadlines
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
