We're looking for an exceptional Client Implementation Manager to join a fast-growing U.S. consulting and implementation company serving pest control businesses.
This is not a basic VA or task-based role.
We're looking for someone who can take an outcome, figure out what needs to happen, coordinate the right people, execute the work, catch problems before they happen, and make sure the final result is fully implemented for the client.
What You'll Own
Our clients hire us to improve different areas of their businesses. We call these projects Plays.
Examples include:
- Building and implementing sales processes
- Creating hiring systems
- Implementing employee performance systems and scorecards
- Running customer price increases
- Launching customer reactivation and marketing campaigns
- Improving collections processes
- Building operational playbooks and SOPs
- Implementing reporting and tracking systems
- Working inside client CRMs, spreadsheets, QuickBooks, and other software
You will be responsible for helping take these Plays from:
“Here's what we want to accomplish” ? fully implemented and working inside the client's business.
You will not always personally do every piece of the work. You'll have support from other team members.
But you own the outcome.
What This Looks Like
You may be given a project like: “We need to build and implement a complete technician hiring system for this client.”
We don't want someone who immediately asks: "What do you want me to do?"
We want someone who starts thinking:
- What does the client currently have?
- What information do I need?
- What needs to be built?
- What can I handle myself?
- What should another team member help with?
- What decisions do I need from leadership?
- What could go wrong?
- How will I QA everything?
- How will I know this is actually implemented?
You'll have frameworks, templates, training, and strategic direction.
Your job is to take ownership and drive the implementation across the finish line.
What We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you are:
- Extremely proactive
- Highly resourceful
- Very detail-oriented
- Organized and good at managing multiple projects
- Comfortable figuring things out without step-by-step instructions
- A strong problem solver
- Comfortable learning new software quickly
- Excellent with Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
- Able to communicate clearly with U.S.-based team members
- Someone who notices small mistakes before anyone else does
- Someone who takes responsibility for the final result, not just your individual tasks
Experience with operations, project management, implementation, executive assistance, customer success, or similar roles is highly valuable.
Experience with QuickBooks, CRMs, Zapier/automation tools, or home-service businesses is a bonus, but not required.
Ownership, judgment, resourcefulness, and attention to detail matter more to us than having experience with every tool.
What Success Looks Like
When something is assigned to you, leadership should not need to constantly follow up and ask: "Did this get done?"
Instead, we want you proactively communicating: "Here's where it stands. Here's what I found. Here's the problem. Here's what I recommend. Here's what I've already handled. Here's what I need from you."
Before submitting something as complete, you should naturally ask yourself: “If this went directly to the client right now with nobody else reviewing it, would I be 100% confident in it?”
That's the standard we're looking for.
Schedule
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- You must be available during normal U.S. Mountain Time business hours.
This is intended to be a long-term role with significant opportunity to grow as the company grows.
Compensation
- $1,400–$2,000 USD/month, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
There is room for compensation and responsibility to grow for someone who becomes an indispensable part of the team.
How to Apply
Please send:
1. Your resume
2. A short Loom video introducing yourself, your experience, and explaining why you believe you'd be great at this role
3. An example of a project, system, or implementation that you personally took ownership of
4. Your availability to work U.S. Mountain Time hours
At the very top of your application, write the words: “I OWN THE OUTCOME.”
In your Loom, please specifically answer: Tell me about a time you were given an outcome or problem without clear step-by-step instructions. How did you figure out what needed to happen, and what was the final result?
We're looking for someone who wants much more than a task-based VA position.
We're looking for someone who wants to become a key operator on our team.
