We're looking for a full-time Video Content Creator & Social Media Operator to join WoooW Invites.
Your main responsibility will be to create and publish short-form videos every day at high volume, following our existing content formats and processes.
The videos are simple to produce and do not require advanced editing. We already have proven video concepts and will show you exactly how we create them. Most videos only require two phones, basic editing, and following a clear process.
Equipment you'll need
A phone with a good camera — your main filming device
A second phone, lower quality is fine — used as a prop in videos (for example, holding it up to display a wedding invitation while your main phone films you presenting it)
Your responsibilities
Create short-form videos throughout the day for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other social platforms.
Follow our existing video formats, examples and content guidelines.
Film simple videos using two phones (e.g. one phone films an invitation displayed on the second phone while you present it).
Perform basic video editing, adding text, sounds, cuts and other elements when needed.
Produce content consistently and at a high volume.
Publish videos across our different social media accounts.
Help operate our social media phone setup, managed centrally from one computer.
Manage and organize content across 20+ social media accounts.
Keep track of which videos have been created, posted and assigned to each account.
Test different hooks, formats and variations of successful videos.
Monitor basic performance and identify which types of content perform best.
Maintain an organized library of videos, concepts and reusable content.
What we're looking for
You do not need to be an advanced professional video editor. We're looking for someone who is:
Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram and short-form video platforms.
Able to create simple videos quickly and consistently.
Familiar with basic video editing tools such as CapCut or similar software.
Comfortable working with smartphones and computers.
Able to follow a proven process accurately.
Organized enough to manage content across many accounts.
Creative enough to make variations of existing successful concepts.
Comfortable doing repetitive, high-volume content production.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Compensation
Base pay, plus a performance bonus based on views reached across your published content.
Important
This is a high-volume content production role. Your main job is to create videos. The videos themselves are relatively easy to make, but we need someone who can consistently produce and publish content throughout the working day.
We will provide examples, processes, content ideas and training so you know exactly how we want the videos to be created.
