JOB OVERVIEW

Digital Transformations AI is hiring a reliable fulfillment specialist to help us launch and support marketing systems for real estate professionals.

You’ll initially work alongside our founder and fulfillment lead, completing clearly assigned client work. As you learn our systems, the goal is for you to eventually own the launch and ongoing fulfillment of an entire real estate client package—from the initial AI Blueprint and onboarding through website, CRM, email marketing, social media, and launch.

Real estate experience is strongly preferred, but not required. We care most about your ability to learn our systems, follow instructions, take ownership, and consistently finish high-quality work.

THE WORK
GoHighLevel and CRM
• Set up and organize client GoHighLevel subaccounts
• Build pipelines, calendars, forms, surveys, funnels, and landing pages
• Configure workflows, email and SMS campaigns, triggers, and automations
• Import and organize contacts, tags, custom fields, and opportunities
• Test every part of the system before launch
Websites and Funnels
• Build websites and funnels in GoHighLevel
• Use AI-assisted website builders to create initial layouts and prototypes
• Build or finish websites in WordPress
• Work from our approved briefs, examples, copy, and brand guidelines
• Make revisions and complete pre-launch quality checks

Real Estate Marketing Fulfillment
• Create and schedule social media content
• Prepare monthly real estate email newsletters
• Build buyer, seller, expired, probate, and database nurture campaigns
• Update property, market, and agent information when needed
• Help maintain consistent marketing across each client’s website, CRM, email, and social channels

Client Launches
As you grow into the role, you will help manage complete launches:
• Review the client’s AI Blueprint and fulfillment plan
• Organize the required assets and information
• Track every deliverable using our checklists and systems
• Coordinate work with our internal team
• Build, test, revise, and prepare the client’s systems for launch
• Help manage ongoing monthly fulfillment after launch

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Experience building websites or funnels in GHL or WordPress
• Comfortable creating and scheduling social media content
• Able to build email campaigns and basic CRM automations
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent written English and communication
• Self-directed, dependable, and comfortable asking questions
• Able to follow a detailed brief, checklist, and established process
• Interested in taking greater ownership as you learn the role

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS
Experience supporting a real estate agent, team, brokerage, investor, or marketing company would be especially valuable.

Helpful knowledge includes:
• Real estate lead generation and follow-up
• Buyer and seller pipelines
• Listings and property marketing
• Monthly database newsletters
• Expired, probate, FSBO, or sphere campaigns
• Real estate social media content
• CRM database organization and nurture
You do not need real estate experience if you are a strong builder who is willing and able to learn.

WHAT YOU DON’T NEED
• Advanced custom coding experience
• Responsibility for strategy on day one
• Direct client management when you first start
• Knowledge of every part of the role before applying

We have systems, templates, briefs, examples, and training. We need someone who can learn them, execute carefully, and gradually take ownership.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is intended to become a long-term position.

You will begin by supporting our existing fulfillment team. The right person can grow into owning the complete launch and ongoing fulfillment of assigned real estate clients from start to finish.

We are looking for someone who wants responsibility, consistency, and an opportunity to become an important part of our team—not someone looking for occasional short-term projects.

JOB DETAILS
