START YOUR APPLICATION WITH THE WORD "CLOSER" IN ALL CAPS.
Applications without it are rejected without being read.
THE SHORT VERSION
• $1,400/month base + 1% of every sale you close. UNCAPPED.
Realistic earnings once ramped: $2,200–$2,800/month. Top performance: $3,400+.
There is no ceiling — the commission has no cap and never will.
• 100% warm inbound. Zero cold calling. Zero lead generation.
Buyers call US with their card in hand and questions a website can't answer.
Your job: answer them and close.
• Full-time remote. Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM US Central Time.
Hiring from Latin America and the Philippines.
• Trained on Alex Hormozi's sales system. In August 2026, Alex Hormozi and the
#1 growth move they told us to make — and you'll be onboarded with the
WHO WE ARE
Merge Screens (
touchscreen upgrades for US pickup trucks — Ford F-150/F-250/F-350, Chevy
Silverado, GMC Sierra, RAM, Toyota Tundra. Customers love the product;
installation is DIY or done by our partner installers.
Our growth: $60k (2021) ? $300k (2022) ? $1M (2023) ? $1.5M (2024) ? $4.5M (2025).
This year we're pushing for 8 figures.
Until today we've sold almost 100% through the website. You will be our FIRST
dedicated closer — the person who turns our phone line into a sales channel.
This is not a support role with sales on the side. It's the sales seat, and
it's empty.
THE MATH — READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING
• Average order: $1,200–$2,200. With multi-vehicle orders and add-ons: $3,000+.
• Your daily queue: ~13 inbound pre-purchase calls (hot buyers with questions)
+ ~10 abandoned checkouts with phone numbers (average cart value $1,526).
Nobody is working these today.
• You earn 1% of every dollar you close. A typical sale pays $12–$22.
A multi-screen order with add-ons pays $30–$40+.
Close 3 sales/day ? about $950/month commission ($2,350 total).
Close 5/day with strong add-on attach ? $1,800–$2,100 ($3,200–$3,500 total).
• Proof this is real: our customer-support agent — no sales training, handling
sales as one-third of his job — earned $450/month in commissions under a
weaker comp plan. You'll do this full-time, trained, with the whole queue
to yourself.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
• Answer inbound pre-purchase calls and close them live. Calls run 15–20
minutes: you diagnose (what truck, what problem, how many vehicles), build
the cart as a Shopify draft order, and either send the checkout link by SMS
so the customer pays while you're on the phone — or take their card over
the phone and place the order for them (very common with US buyers).
• Call abandoned checkouts the same day and recover them.
• Open every call the way Hormozi taught us: "How many vehicles did you want
screens for?" Most US households own 2+ vehicles — multi-unit selling is
the norm here, not a stretch.
• Attach add-ons customers genuinely want: wireless upgrade bundles, extended
warranty, cameras. This is where good closers separate from average ones.
• Build your own follow-up system for the "let me check with my wife" calls.
We give you the tools (JustCall, SMS, company
the system are yours to build and own.
• Feed what you hear back to us. Your calls are free R&D for our FAQ, product
pages and ads — you'll have a direct line to the founders.
WHERE THIS GOES
We're following a plan to take this company to $10M+ with phone sales and
advertising scaling as core channels. When call volume doubles, we hire
closer #2 — and the first closer who performs becomes the obvious pick to
lead the team. You'd be employee-one of a sales org, not a seat in one.
YOU ARE
• Experienced: 2+ years closing B2C sales on the phone — high-volume,
transactional (15–30 min cycles, not enterprise deals).
• A near-native English speaker with a neutral accent. Our buyers are
American truck owners.
• Fluent in your own numbers: you know your close rate, average ticket and
calls/day from your last role, and you can back them up.
• Autonomous: you don't wait to be managed. You see the queue, you work the
queue, you build the system that squeezes more out of it.
• A student of the craft: ready to master our scripts and the 150-page
• Set up to work: quiet space, headset, reliable fiber internet, backup
power/internet if your area needs it.
COMPENSATION & TERMS
• $1,400/month base + 1% uncapped commission on sales you close live on the
phone (customer pays during your call via draft-order checkout link or card).
• 15 paid vacation days per year.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM US Central (10-hour shift,
includes 1 hour of paid breaks: a 30-min meal plus short breaks, scheduled
around the slow windows). The queue is live all day — the longer you're on
the phones, the more you close.
• Paid monthly in USD. Independent contractor. Long-term role — we're
building a team, not filling a gig.
• Hiring process: screening questions ? 20-min culture interview ? a final
interview where you prove your sales skills live. We move fast — days,
not weeks.
HOW TO APPLY
1. Start your application with the word CLOSER (all caps), followed by a
max-150-word introduction.
2. Record a 60–90 second voice note (Vocaroo, Loom or similar — paste the
link) answering this live, as if the customer were on the phone:
"I love the screen, but I'm not sure it fits my 2019 F-150 — and honestly,
$1,300 feels steep."
3. Answer the screening questions.
SCREENING QUESTIONS
1. YOUR NUMBERS. In your last phone sales role: what did you sell, what was
the average ticket, your close rate, and your calls per day? How could we
verify these numbers if we asked?
2. FOLLOW-UP. A hot caller says "I need to check with my wife" and hangs up.
Describe your EXACT follow-up over the next 7 days: how many touches,
which channels, what timing, and roughly what each message says.
3. UPSELL. A customer is buying one $1,299 screen for his F-150. Walk us
through, in your words, how you'd turn this into a bigger order without
being pushy.
4. LOGISTICS. Confirm you can work Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM US
Central Time. What city are you in, what is that window in your local
time, and what's your earliest start date?
5. MONEY. Based on the numbers in this post (daily queue, order values, the
1% commission), what do you realistically expect to be earning here by
month 3 — base plus commission? Show your math.
