Content Operations Assistant (Canva & AI Tools)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Content Operations Assistant to support our multilingual advertising content workflow using Canva, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.

This role is suitable for someone who is organized, comfortable working with digital tools, and able to follow clear instructions carefully.

Professional translation or graphic design experience is not required. Training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

- Translate advertising content using ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Review translations to make sure they sound natural, accurate, and retain the meaning of the original content
- Add translated text to existing Canva designs
- Adjust fonts, spacing, alignment, and layouts to keep creatives clear and easy to read
- Review completed work for missing, duplicated, or untranslated text
- Follow provided instructions, naming conventions, and brand guidelines

Requirements

- Good English comprehension
- Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Basic Canva skills, or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection

Employment Details

- Full-time remote contract
- 8 working hours per day
- Working hours are tracked using TimeProof
- $2.50/hour during the first 3 months
- From $3.00/hour after probation
- Future increases are based on quality, accuracy, speed, reliability, and overall performance
