JOB OVERVIEW

Type: Full-time · Remote Salary: $1,000 USD fixed price + month + performance bonuses for extra scope Start: ASAP the core dashboard must be live before Q4 (October at the absolute latest)

The problem we want you to solve

We run a multi-brand e-commerce group with 5 Shopify stores across the UK, US & EU , spending daily on Meta, Google and Pinterest Ads.

Right now our numbers live in different places: Shopify admin, three ad platforms, supplier COGS sheets, refund reports, spreadsheets. Every decision starts with tab-switching and manual checking.

We want one screen. A command center where we open a browser tab and instantly see, per store and blended: revenue, ad spend, COGS, refunds, ROAS, blended ROAS, profit and profit margin for today, the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or any custom date range.

What you will build (Phase 1)

Data connections

All 5 Shopify stores connected via API, with a clean architecture so we can add store #6, #7, #8 later without a rebuild
Meta Ads, Google Ads and Pinterest Ads connected for live ad spend per store
COGS pulled in per store either from Shopify or from our supplier system / cost sheets

Metrics
Revenue, ad spend, COGS, refunds, contribution margin
ROAS per platform and blended ROAS
Net profit and profit % per store and across the group
Order count, AOV, refund rate

Views

A multi-store view: everything visible in one consolidated set of charts
A per-store view: drill into any single brand
Clear, readable graphs for yesterday / 7 days / 30 days, plus a custom date picker
Period-over-period comparison so we can see whether we are growing or bleeding

Automation

Daily Slack update with yesterday's key numbers per store
Weekly Slack update with growth vs. the previous week
Must-have requirements
A demonstrable track record building a P&L / profit dashboard. Screenshots, a live demo, a Loom walkthrough or a repo — we want proof, not promises.
Comfortable working with APIs and API keys (Shopify Admin API, Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, Pinterest API)
Hands-on with Supabase and/or Vercel for building and deploying
You work with Claude Code, Claude or Codex as part of your daily workflow — we build fast here
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills — a lot of our cost and supplier data still starts life in a spreadsheet
Good written English and reliable daily communication

Bonus points (this is how you earn more)
Bookkeeping / accounting skills. We also need our finance side organized — invoices, costs and P&L all in one clean place. If you can build that system (or run it yourself), tell us. This alone can raise your offer.
You can optimize multiple workflows: sheet automation, accounting flows, backend dashboards. The more of our stack you can own, the more projects we hand you.
Experience with e-commerce / dropshipping data specifically
Growth path

Phase 1 is the P&L command center. After that we want to build:

A supply chain dashboard on top of the same system
A product listing system

This can run as a long-term full-time role or as project-based work — whichever fits you better. We are open to your proposal.
