# YouTube Video Editor (Long-Form Content)

## Our Goal

I'm looking for a world-class YouTube video editor who can help transform my ideas into engaging, professional videos that keep viewers watching.

This is more than cutting clips together. I want someone who thinks like a storyteller and understands how to maximize viewer retention.

## What You'll Do

* Edit 8–15 minute YouTube videos.
* Add B-roll, stock footage, images, animations, and graphics that make the content more engaging.
* Use motion graphics, zooms, sound effects, and transitions when they improve the story.
* Highlight key points with on-screen text.
* Remove dead space, filler words, and anything that slows the pace.
* Improve audio and color when needed.
* Create videos that feel modern, fast-paced, and highly engaging.

## What I'm Looking For

* Strong English comprehension.
* Highly creative—not someone who simply follows instructions.
* Able to make editing suggestions and improve the final product.
* Experience editing successful YouTube videos.
* Excellent storytelling skills.
* Strong sense of pacing and viewer psychology.
* Reliable and able to meet deadlines.

## Required Tools

You should have access to:

* Stock video libraries
* Stock images
* Sound effects
* Background music
* Motion graphics templates

Examples include Storyblocks, Envato Elements, Motion Array, Artlist, Epidemic Sound, or similar services.

## Style

I want videos that feel similar to high-performing YouTube creators.

Every 5–10 seconds, something should change:

* B-roll
* Graphics
* Zoom
* Animation
* Text
* Camera movement
* Sound effect

The goal is to keep viewers engaged from beginning to end.
